Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an ES Operations & Program Sr. Specialist with 4–5 years in HR operations to lead the Poland expansion and drive global HR programs.

You will manage Workday transactions, support cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliant, scalable HR operations across EMEA and beyond. You will work closely with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to deliver end‑to‑end service and help optimize knowledge management and ticketing processes using Salesforce Service

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in HR Operations or Shared Services, incl. Poland.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing/case management systems.
• Solid operational understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Poland Expansion (Phase 1: Primary Focus).
• Go‑Live Ownership: serve as regional lead for Poland expansion, including policy reviews and go‑live readiness.
• Local Expertise: apply Polish HR operations and labor law knowledge to ensure compliant stand‑up of support in the region.
• Stabilization: prioritize Poland support before expanding to other queues and programs.
• Data: support global ops, including Workday transactions and cross‑functional collaboration.
