Job summary

RINA is seeking an PMO Analyst in Cork, Ireland, to coordinate and maintain multiple projects within a complex PMO. The role supports the development of a critical infrastructure programme delivering downstream energy to Ireland, under a 2-year fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will drive governance, reporting and performance across workstreams, coordinating across engineering, commercial, procurement, planning, and regulatory functions, and liaising with external advisors and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification PMO experience on a complex infrastructure project.
• Experience on energy, gas, utilities or major infrastructure programmes.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting and controls within major capital programmes.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and stage-gated delivery framework.
• Coordinate between Programme Management, Project Managers, Work Package Owners and SMEs for programme integration.
• Support governance forums, assurance reviews, investment approvals and stage-gate assessments.
• Maintain programme visibility and traceability of decisions, approvals, risks, issues, actions, assumptions and dependencies.
• Support reporting and performance management across all programme workstreams.
• Coordinate interactions across engineering, commercial, procurement, planning, regulatory and finance to align with objectives.
• Engage with external advisors, regulators, and government stakeholders as required.
• Ensure programme information is structured, auditable and transparent to support governance.
