Job summary

RINA in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an exceptional Project Controller to join the Project Office and coordinate a complex PMO. This role supports design and governance of an infrastructure programme delivering downstream energy to Ireland, with close collaboration to programme managers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year PMO experience on major infrastructure, strong governance and reporting skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. 2-year fixed-term contract based in Cork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year post-qualification PMO experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience with governance, reporting and stage-gate processes.
• Experience maintaining risk/issue/action registers and schedules.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, commercial, procurement, planning and finance.
• Experience in client, consultant and contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Support governance arrangements aligned with the stage-gated delivery framework.
• Coordinate between Programme Management, PMs and SMEs for programme integration.
• Support governance forums, assurance reviews and investment approvals.
• Maintain programme-wide visibility of decisions, risks and dependencies.
• Support reporting and performance management across all workstreams.
• Coordinate interactions across functions to align activities with plans.
• Engage with external advisors, regulators and oversight bodies as required.
• Ensure information is structured, auditable and transparent for governance.
