Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking a PMO Analyst in Dublin for a 6-month hybrid contract. You will maintain project plans, support governance, and monitor budgets while ensuring accurate reporting and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires extensive PMO experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You will collaborate across teams and support various PMO activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 6 month contract with hybrid work model.
  • 23 years experience in a PMO, project support, programme support or similar delivery role.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and general workplace productivity skills.
  • Experience with collaboration, document management and project-tracking tools; familiarity with project planning software is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of project and programme controls including planning, reporting, risks and issues, dependencies, change control and governance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to reconcile information from multiple sources and identify inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery trackers, checking updates for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate programme reporting and prepare clear, accurate materials for management and stakeholder review.
  • Maintain programme documentation and appropriate document and version control.
  • Support financial monitoring, including budgets, forecasts, expenditure, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, resource costs and variance tracking.
  • Maintain risk and issue registers, action logs, dependency trackers and decision records, ensuring owners, deadlines and statuses are current.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, actions, decisions and follow-up.
  • Support change control by maintaining change records and tracking requests through review and approval.
  • Assist with resource administration, including resource requests, onboarding/offboarding, time recording and supplier coordination.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies and overdue information, following up or escalating where appropriate.
  • Provide analytical and general PMO support, including additional coverage of essential PMO activities when required.

My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a PMO Analyst, this is initially a 6 month contract role working on a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities
