Job summary

Trust In SODA in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Automation Tester with Playwright to join on an initial contract through to the end of the year, with potential extension. The role is hybrid, with two days onsite per week, and you will work closely with developers, BA and QA to deliver robust automation solutions.

You will develop and maintain Playwright scripts, design functional and regression tests, report defects via Jira, and contribute to QA process improvements in an agile tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automation Tester / QA Engineer.
• Hands-on Playwright experience and automation scripting.
• ISTQB certified.
• Experience with Jira for defect and test management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright.
• Design, execute and document functional and regression tests.
• Identify, investigate and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team.
• Contribute to test planning and QA processes.
• Track defects using Jira.
• Support CI/CD and automation framework improvements.
• Ensure releases meet quality standards.
