Job summary

Berkley Group is seeking experienced Automation Testers for contract roles in Dublin. Roles require 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience on modern web applications and automated testing frameworks. Rate up to €370 per day with no sponsorship available.

Candidates should be proficient in Playwright, Jira for defect tracking, and agile delivery environments. This is Dublin-based with immediate opportunities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience developing automated tests using Playwright.
• ISTQB certified.
• Strong experience with Jira for defect/test management.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Build and execute automated tests using Playwright.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, document and manage defects across the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts and QA professionals.
• Maintain test cases, defects and testing activity within Jira.
• Support automation coverage and testing processes within Agile teams.
• Contribute to testing activities within Agile delivery teams.
