Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Platform Manager – Level 3 to define and implement our technology platform strategy enabling core business capabilities. The role focuses on managing Kinaxis and supply chain planning platforms, incident management, RCA, CAPA, and governance to ensure reliability and compliant operations.

The role supports AMS operations, monitoring, and observability, with an emphasis on automation, AIOps, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of platform operations, DevOps, or supply chain planning systems.
• Hands-on Kinaxis or similar supply chain planning platforms.
• Proven experience in Incident Management, RCA, CAPA, and Problem Management processes.
• Experience managing AMS operations, SLA tracking, vendor management, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and system observability practices.
• Experience with stakeholder communication in cross-functional environments (business + IT).
• Demonstrated ability to support production platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kinaxis and supply chain planning platforms, ensuring stability and performance.
• Lead Incident Management, RCA, and Problem Management to reduce recurring issues.
• Drive CAPA and operational hygiene practices to boost platform resilience.
• Oversee AMS governance, SLA adherence, and vendor management for high-quality delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to communicate platform performance, risks, and improvements clearly.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and self-healing practices to improve observability.
• Support platform strategy execution, including release planning and documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation and AI-enabled operations initiatives.
