You will lead a small team of 3–5 engineers, mentor talent, and collaborate with leadership to align technical execution with business goals. Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, GCP, and Terraform is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience as Lead or Senior Engineer.
• Deep hands-on with cloud platforms and Terraform.
• Expert in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Mentorship-driven and eager to help engineers grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the Platform: Architect, secure, and scale our GCP infrastructure to handle 100% YoY growth.
• Lead & Mentor: Manage a lean team of 3–5 backend engineers, fostering high velocity and quality.
• Drive Platform Efficiency: Optimise costs and resources as we scale globally.
• Integrate & Innovate: Design resilient data patterns and deep external integrations.
• Pioneer AI Workflows: Drive agentic AI workflows across the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to align execution with business strategy.
