Agenbite Ltd T/A Milano in Cork is seeking a Restaurant Manager with at least five years’ experience in hospitality. The role covers P&L management, driving sales and leading a team across shifts, with 45 hours per week and unpaid breaks.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, uphold quality and safety standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences. A recognised hospitality qualification is essential; development programmes and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Essential: recognised third-level qualification in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a restaurant management role.
