Job summary

Agenbite Ltd T/A Milano in Ireland seeks a Restaurant Manager with at least five years’ hospitality leadership and a recognised third-level qualification in Hospitality. The role covers 45 hours per week with unpaid breaks and offers development support within a well-known pizza brand.

You’ll oversee P&L, drive sales opportunities, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and deliver consistent, high-quality service to create memorable guest experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• A recognised third-level qualification in Hospitality Management.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a restaurant management role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to support management tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and food.
