Cohesity is seeking an experienced Physical Security Application Engineer to support deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of our physical security technology ecosystem. You will troubleshoot, install, test, and provide end-user support across access control, CCTV, and visitor management while coordinating with vendors and GSOC.

The role involves collaboration with regional teams, documentation, and occasional travel to Cohesity offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in physical security technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV/video management, or visitor management.
• Ability to use reports, tickets, metrics, or audit data to identify trends.

Responsabilités

• Triage, investigate, and resolve physical security application issues across access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
• Support site deployments, system expansions, and configuration needs with cross-functional teams.
• Perform QA, testing, commissioning support, and post-deployment checks.
