Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?The Physical Security Application Engineer supports the day-to-day operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of Cohesity’s physical security technology ecosystem. This role is primarily focused on troubleshooting, installation and deployment support, quality assurance, testing, auditing, data management, ticket triage, and end-user support across access control, video management, visitor management, and related security platforms. The role also coordinates with regional vendors, supports GSOC and physical security operations as needed, and uses metrics and system data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve service quality. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable partnering with internal teams and external service providers to drive issues to closure.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
