Uniphar Group’s Hickeys Drogheda Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a 16-hour, two-day-per-week permanent role. The store operates 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday.

You will dispense under the supervision of the Pharmacist, manage stock, prepare blister packs, and support the team in a busy dispensary. Experience is advantageous, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy dispensary is advantageous; newly qualified technicians welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of McLernons MPS is advantageous.
• IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
• Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
• Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
• Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in our Hickeys Drogheda Pharmacy.

This is a 16-hour (2-day) permanent position with the store’s with the stores opening hours operating between 9 a.m. to6 p.m. Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday.

The team currently comprises a Store Manager, an Assistant Store Manager, 1 Relief Pharmacist, and 3 Technicians.

The responsibilities of the role
