Uniphar Hickeys Clondalkin is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a 40-hour, five-day-per-week permanent role within a focused team in a busy dispensary. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Pharmacist to ensure accurate dispensing and excellent patient care.

We welcome both experienced technicians and new graduates. The role offers development in McLernons MPS and related pharmacy operations in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy dispensary is advantageous; newly qualified technicians welcome to apply.
• Experience with McLernons MPS is advantageous.
• IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
• Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
• Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
• Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in our Hickeys Clondalkin. This is a 40-hour (5-day) permanent position. The team currently comprises a Retail Store Manager, Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Support, 1 Relief, and 2 Technicians. This store has manageable items and services.
