Job summary

Uniphar Group's McCauley Bawnogue Pharmacy in Clondalkin is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a 40-hour, five-day week in a busy dispensary. The role involves accurate dispensing under supervision, stock control, blister packs, and claims processing.

You will support the Pharmacist, ensure high standards of patient care, and join a team that values detail, reliability, and professional growth. Newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage.
• Newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
• Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage.
• IPU course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Prepare and dispense medicinal products under pharmacist supervision in a caring and professional manner.
• Control stock levels and order medicines as determined by store requirements.
• Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
• Report to and support the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
