Uniphar is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for our Allcare CGH Bannagher store in Offaly. The 32‑hour (4‑day) Specified Purpose role supports a small team and manages dispensing duties under pharmacist supervision.

Experience in a busy dispensary is advantageous; IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies are pluses. McLernons MPS knowledge is helpful. Great scale of responsibilities with stock control and claims processing.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
• Experience with McLernons MPS (an advantage).
• IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies an advantage

• To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
• Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.

Pharmacy Technician

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in our Allcare CGH Bannagher store in Offaly.

This is a 32‑hour (4‑day) Specified Purpose position.

The team currently comprises a Retail Store Manager, Supervising Pharmacist and 1 Technician.

This store has manageable items and services.
