Prescriptions will be prepared and dispensed in a caring, accurate and professional manner, with duties including dosing systems, customer service, ordering from wholesalers, submitting PCRS claims, and teamwork within a busy dispensary.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Preparation – Prepare and dispense prescriptions in a caring, accurate and professional manner.
• Monitored Dosing Systems – Prepare and dispense monitored dosing systems accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Service – Provide friendly, professional and welcoming service to all patients and customers. Assist with queries, offer appropriate support and ensure patients feel valued and well cared for.
• Dispensary Ordering – Send and receive orders from pharmaceutical wholesalers and ensure stock is managed appropriately.
• Pharmacy Claims – Prepare and submit the monthly claim to PCRS accurately and on time.
• Teamwork – Work closely with the pharmacy team to maintain a busy, efficient and supportive dispensary environment.
