Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy Ennis is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, provide product information across the range, and support the pharmacy team in daily operations.

You will handle stock rotation, assist with over-the-counter medicines using WWHAM, maintain shop standards, and participate in training. Previous pharmacy/retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy/retail/hospitality preferred.
• Cashier experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential customer information discretely.
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Capable of multi-tasking under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all ranges.
• Maintain stock levels and rotation, liaising with the Pharmacist.
• Deliver professional customer service and build customer relationships.
• Support the pharmacy team across daily operations as required by the Pharmacist.
• Adhere to security procedures for handling cash and receipts.
• Ensure the store area is clean, tidy and safe, reporting issues promptly.
• Participate in training and development programmes.
