Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join Flynn's Life Pharmacy Ennis. You will deliver excellent customer service and provide advice on all product ranges, helping customers with OTC medicines and product information.

As part of the Allcare network, you will maintain stock, assist in merchandising, follow Health and Safety procedures, and contribute to a friendly, professional pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferable
• Cashier experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Discretion with customer/patient information
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain good stock control including rotation and supplier management.
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.
• Work as part of the Pharmacy team and be flexible to assist in all areas.
• Use WWHAM questioning for OTC medicines and refer to Pharmacist when needed.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and security guidelines.
• Keep the Pharmacy clean and report Health and Safety issues to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Participate in training and development programmes.
