Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy in Merrion, Dublin, seeks a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, provide product information, and support the pharmacy team in daily operations.

The role requires 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality, strong communication, discretion with patient information, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferable.
• Cashier experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries and to treat customer/patient information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain stock control including rotation, stock levels, supplier contacts and deliveries.
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service to customers.
• Work as part of the Pharmacy team and support the Managing Pharmacist as needed.
• Adhere to security procedures for cash handling and maintain a clean, safe pharmacy environment.
• Participate in training and development programmes and contribute to team goals.
