Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Cashier experience is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Organised and able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges in the Pharmacy.
• Maintain stock control and ensure correct delivery details with appropriate suppliers.
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.
• Work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team and be flexible in duties.
• Keep the Pharmacy clean and address health and safety issues promptly.
• Participate in staff training and development programmes.
• Handle over-the-counter medicines with WWHAM questioning and refer to the Pharmacist when needed.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and confidentiality.
