Job summary

Kennelly's Allcare Pharmacy in Ireland is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for a part-time, permanent position. You will provide product information and advice to customers, deliver friendly service, and support daily pharmacy operations.

The role emphasises stock control, correct cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will work with the Managing Pharmacist and colleagues, participate in training, and help make the community pharmacy the local destination of choice.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferred.
• Cashier experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Discretion with customer information and confidentiality.
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain stock control, rotate stock and ensure correct supplier delivery details.
• Deliver professional customer service and enhance relationships with customers.
• Work as part of the pharmacy team and assist in all areas as required by the Pharmacist.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and address health and safety issues promptly.
• Fulfilling OTC requests using WWHAM and referring to the Pharmacist when needed.
• Attend training and development programmes to grow in the role.
