Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy Blanchardstown is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for a part-time, permanent position. You will deliver expert customer service, provide product information, and offer OTC guidance while maintaining stock levels and supporting the pharmacy team.

You will handle cash and safety procedures, keep the store clean, and participate in training. A proactive, customer-focused approach and good communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferred
• Cashier experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to use discretion with customer queries and confidential information
• Good attention to detail, organised and able to multi-task under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all ranges, consulting with the Pharmacist as appropriate
• Maintain stock control, rotation and supplier deliveries as directed
• Deliver professional customer service and enhance relationships with customers
• Work as part of the Pharmacy team, flexible and adaptable to all areas
• Follow correct procedures for security and cash handling and ensure cleanliness and safety in the shop
