Job summary

Tandem Project Management Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Planner for a global pharmaceutical site in Tipperary, Ireland. You will support planning, scheduling and delivery of maintenance activities across the site.

You will develop and manage the PPM programme, coordinate work scheduling, work with contractors, monitor KPIs and plan annual shutdowns, ensuring GMP, safety and environmental requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Instrumentation or mechanical craft qualification or engineering qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning within pharma/regulatory manufacturing.
• Experience developing and managing PPM programmes, job plans and schedules.
• Experience planning corrective maintenance and coordinating shutdowns or turnarounds.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and estimate labour and material needs.
• Experience with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams in Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the planned preventive maintenance programme.
• Plan corrective maintenance work orders and shutdown activities.
• Coordinate work scheduling to meet backlog targets and asset availability.
• Work with engineering and reliability teams on maintenance strategies and criticality.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, and permits.
