Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers and resolve queries.
• Support the Sales and Customer Services Manager in running a best-in-class customer service team.
• Manage orders timely and maintain accurate product master data.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure regulatory paperwork and GDP processes are followed.
