Job summary

PSC Biotech Corporation in Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Planner to own maintenance processes and ensure reliable operation of plant systems. The role involves developing the PPM program, coordinating material and contractor work, and driving KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced GMP environment.

The position is an on-site, 5-days-a-week role based in Tipperary with an initial 12-month contract that may become permanent. Familiarity with GMP practices and maintenance planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical craft or Engineering qualification.
• 4–5 years of work experience in maintenance planning or related field.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance business processes under the API Maintenance & Reliability Lead.
• Develop and implement the Maintenance System and the PPM program.
• Plan and schedule CM work orders; coordinate materials and contractor support.
• Review incoming work requests for data accuracy and CM backlog management.
• Develop KPIs for maintenance activities (PPM compliance, overdue PMs, schedule adherence).
• Plan the Annual Summer Shutdown activities and related contract work.
