Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Stamullen, County Meath, Ireland, is hiring a Maintenance Planner (Permanent). The role is 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, focused on creating and executing preventive maintenance plans for packaging equipment to maximize reliability and uptime.

You will work with cross-functional teams to manage work orders, spare parts, and documentation, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing preventive maintenance plans.
• Knowledge of CMMS and work order management processes.
• Familiarity with GMP or regulatory standards in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for packaging equipment.
• Create and manage work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate spare parts with compliance technician and procurement.
• Maintain equipment history, logs and repair documentation.
• Plan shutdowns to minimize production disruption.
• Ensure GMP and health & safety standards are followed.
• Analyze MTBF/MTTR data to drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with production to align maintenance with schedules.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage external contractors to safety and quality standards.
