Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Stamullen (County Meath) is seeking a Maintenance Planner for a permanent, 100% on-site role, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will develop and implement maintenance plans for packaging equipment, coordinate with engineers and production, and ensure GMP and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in planning preventive maintenance for packaging equipment.
Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
Ability to read and use maintenance data to drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance Planning through CMMS and autonomous maintenance systems.
Work Order Management: create and manage routine maintenance tasks, inspections and repairs.
Spare Parts Management: coordinate with the compliance technician to ensure spare parts availability.
Equipment History and Documentation: maintain maintenance records and logs.
Shutdown Coordination: plan maintenance during planned shutdowns to minimize disruption.
Regulatory Compliance: ensure maintenance activities meet GMP and regulatory standards.
Performance Analysis: analyze MTBF/MTTR data to improve reliability.
Collaboration with Production: schedule maintenance around production plans to reduce downtime.
Continuous Improvement: identify process improvements in maintenance planning and scheduling.
Health and Safety: promote safety in maintenance activities.
Contractor Management: coordinate external contractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
