Job summary

Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is looking for a proactive Personal Lines Account Executive to join our Ennis Bindon Street office. You will manage van insurance policies and provide excellent customer service to Campion customers.

This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Campion customers.

• Process customer payments.
• Answer high level of inbound and occasional outbound calls.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Personal Lines Van Team based in our Ennis Bindon Street office as a Personal Lines Account Executive.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Campion customers.
• Handle Van Insurance Policies
• Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.
• Offer expert guidance to customers across 15 product lines.
• Processing Insurance policies adhering to compliance standards and GDPR.
• Processing customer payments.
• Taking high level of customer calls mainly inbound, outbound occasionally
• Achieve weekly, monthly targets and satisfy KPIs.
