Job summary

Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is looking for a proactive Personal Lines Account Executive to join our Ennis Bindon Street office. You will manage van insurance policies and provide excellent customer service to Campion customers.

This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Campion customers.
• Handle Van Insurance Policies.
• Liaise with insurance companies on queries and instructions.
• Offer expert guidance across 15 product lines.
• Process insurance policies in line with compliance standards and GDPR.
• Process customer payments.
• Answer high level of inbound and occasional outbound calls.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
