Job summary

Campion Insurance, a leading Irish broker, invites applications for an insurance sales support role based at the Dublin, Naas Road Office. The position targets APA-qualified candidates advancing in a commercial insurance team with motor policy exposure.

The role involves assisting sales advisors, processing new business and renewals, updating CRM data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong customer-service orientation and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with motor policies.
• Experience with new business, renewals, and commercial lines.
• APA Commercial, CIP, or ACII qualification.
• 2 years’ commercial/customer service insurance experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of sales advisors to provide sales support and administration to new customers.
• Process and oversee new business & renewals.
• Update Policy and client information on internal CRM system.
• Engage in continuous improvement of the company’s services and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Deal with customer correspondence and queries on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout duties.

The role is based out of the Dublin, Naas Road Office.

Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

• Working with a team of sales advisors to provide sales support and administration to new customers.
• Processing and overseeing new business & renewals.
• Updating Policy and client information on internal CRM system.
• Engaging in continuous improvement of the company’s services and procedures and complying with regulatory requirements.
• Dealing with customer correspondence and queries on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure adherence to Regulatory Requirements throughout all duties.

Qualifications And Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in with motor policies an advantage
• Familiar with Relay, New business or Renewals.
• APA Commercial, CIP, or ACII qualification
• 2 years’ commercial/customer service insurance experience in a similar role

Skills / Knowledge

• Provide excellent communication, telephone organisational skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Take pride in dealing with a valued book of business.
• Have a broad knowledge of insurance products.
• Understand documents required for regulatory purposes and how to structure same
• Can demonstrate an ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Be a good organiser with attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks and follow through on same
