Job summary

Gallagher in Ireland—GMIB, part of Gallagher—is seeking a Personal Lines New Business Sales Executive to be the first contact for customers seeking insurance solutions and to tailor cover to their needs.

You'll build strong relationships with new clients, guide them through personal lines products, prepare quotations, and deliver outstanding service while collaborating with insurer partners to meet team targets and drive growth.

Qualifications

• APA qualified, or completing Insurance Institute qualifications with support.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent, or a relevant third-level qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships.
• Confident communicators, particularly over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers seeking insurance solutions.
• Explain options and help choose appropriate cover.
• Build relationships with new customers and understand needs.
• Provide guidance on personal lines products and services.
• Prepare quotations and recommendations tailored to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
