Job summary

Gallagher, based in Killarney and part of GMIB, is seeking a Personal Lines New Business Sales Executive. You will be the first contact for customers, helping them understand options and select appropriate cover, delivering strong service throughout the sales journey.

We value integrity, teamwork and growth. APA qualifications or willingness to complete Insurance Institute credentials, plus Leaving Certificate or equivalent, are required, with full support from GMIB.

Qualifications

• APA qualification or willingness to complete Insurance Institute qualifications with GMIB support.
• Leaving Certificate or an equivalent third-level qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new customers and understand their needs.
• Provide guidance on personal lines insurance products and services.
• Prepare quotations and recommendations tailored to each customer.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues and insurer partners to achieve the best outcomes.
• Contribute to team sales targets and support business growth.
