Job summary

Assist Insurances is seeking an APA-qualified Personal Lines Insurance Executive to join our Wexford team. You will be a key contact for broker partners, delivering professional service and guidance throughout the insurance journey.

Working closely with our underwriting team, you will handle enquiries, quotations, renewals and policy amendments while ensuring compliance with underwriting criteria. The role offers CIP support and a clear development path within a growing Irish MGA.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines Insurance.
• Qualified in or pursuing CIP certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Strong communication with broker partners.

Responsibilities

• Support broker partners with new business enquiries and quotations.
• Process renewals, policy amendments and mid-term adjustments.
• Respond to broker and customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate policy records and documentation.
• Contribute ideas to improve broker and customer experience.
• Refer matters to the underwriting team where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners.
• Ensure risks are handled in line with underwriting criteria.

We are looking for an APA-qualified Personal Lines Insurance Executive to join our team in Wexford.

The Role

You will be a key point of contact for our broker partners, supporting them and their customers throughout the insurance journey.

Working closely with our underwriting team, you will provide a responsive and professional service while ensuring that business is managed within agreed underwriting criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Support broker partners with new business enquiries and quotations
