Job summary

STRIVE Search is partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage in Ireland to recruit a Personal Lines professional focused on Motor and Household Insurance for existing and new clients.

You will join a supportive team with opportunities for professional development and progression into Commercial Insurance, while benefiting from private medical insurance, free parking, and company-funded exam costs, plus staff development programmes.

Qualifications

• APA (Personal Lines) qualification or 12–24 months’ experience within a Personal Lines department.
• Strong working knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of clients’ Motor and Household Insurance requirements.
• Provide a high level of customer service to both existing and new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure appropriate cover and competitive terms.
• Ensure all client and policy information is accurately maintained.
• Work in line with Central Bank of Ireland compliance and Minimum Competency requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team while also using your own initiative.
