Job summary

360 Search is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Executive for a full-time role in Dublin. You will manage Motor and Household insurance requirements for our clients, delivering high-quality customer care and building lasting relationships.

The role requires APA (Personal Lines) qualification or 12–24 months in Personal Lines, strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. A competitive salary DOE with bonus and benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum APA (Personal Lines) qualification, or a minimum of 12–24 months' experience working in a Personal Lines department.
• Sound working knowledge of personal lines insurance and compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and solution-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a confident phone manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative to meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ongoing focus on developing negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering first-class customer care, maintaining existing relationships while adding new clients.

Responsibilities

Our client, a well-established and growing insurance brokerage with a presence across Ireland, is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Lines Executive on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will take responsibility for all aspects of clients' Motor and Household Insurance requirements.

This role would suit a self-motivated, customer-focused individual who works well as part of a team and is comfortable dealing with both existing and new clients on a day-to-day basis.
