Job summary

Resilience Healthcare in Midleton, Co. Cork is seeking a Person in Charge (PIC) to provide leadership, governance and regulatory oversight across designated disability services. You will shape service delivery, ensure safety and high quality supports while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, staff development and regulatory compliance, enabling person-centred care and excellent outcomes for service users.

Qualifications

  • A relevant health or social care qualification.
  • QQI Level 5 (essential).
  • QQI Level 6 Management Qualification (or equivalent).
  • QQI Level 7 (preferred).
  • Management experience in disability or social care services.
  • Experience in HIQA-regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The Person in Charge holds overall responsibility for the leadership, governance and regulatory compliance of designated services, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred supports.
