Job summary

ESB in Dublin 2 seeks a Performance Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality performance operations outputs and ensure accurate implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will support performance payments, bonuses, and incentives while maintaining robust documentation and data integrity.

The successful candidate will be based at ESB Head Office, with Smart Working enabling hybrid arrangements and in-person collaboration at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, performance operations or compensation role.
• Experience with SAP S4, Excel, and analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Flexible and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of performance operations processes with accuracy and high service quality.
• Process performance-based payments, bonuses and incentives promptly and correctly.
• Assist in implementing year-end performance outcomes with strict timelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide SME support on performance payments and resolve issues.
• Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and report performance operations data for continuous improvement.
