AccountsIQ Limited is seeking a seasoned People Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day People Ops across five countries, partner with leaders on employee engagement, and drive organisational change. You will manage the People Operations Specialist, maintain HR data accuracy, and ensure GDPR compliance while improving processes to scale with growth.

Key responsibilities include policy development, pay transparency initiatives, and leveraging HR analytics to influence business decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering effective people processes and services.
• Good knowledge of UK and Irish employment law.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting organisational change and restructures.
• Experience coaching or developing team members.
• Experience with HR systems and data protection (GDPR).
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Analytical use of HR data to drive decisions.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset for process improvements.
• Experience with pay transparency and gender pay reporting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day People Operations across five countries from onboarding to offboarding.
• Escalate complex employee relations issues to managers and ensure fair handling per employment law.
• Develop and coach a People Operations Specialist and prioritise team workloads.
• Maintain and update HR policies and employment practices for compliance and consistency.
• Lead organisational change activities such as restructures and integrations.
• Partner with managers on employee engagement, communications and recognition initiatives.
• Own job architecture, pay frameworks and career pathways with leadership.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, security, reporting and GDPR compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and scale operations.
