Job summary

Dublin Simon Community seeks an HR Business Partner to influence HR practices across employee relations, compensation, wellbeing and payroll administration. You will report to the HR Manager and collaborate with line managers, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to deliver high-quality HR services.

Work is primarily in the Dublin area with hybrid options. The role focuses on payroll accuracy, policy guidance, and data-driven HR improvements for a non-profit organization.

Qualifications

  • 3rd level qualification in HRM / HRD or equivalent.
  • 2 years HR experience with Employee Relations & HR Operations.
  • Ability to analyse HR metrics and inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business functions to provide HR expertise.
  • Lead payroll preparation and related processes with accuracy.
  • Provide policy guidance to line managers on employee relations.
  • Support onboarding, off-boarding, and data integrity in HRIS.
  • Develop and report HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Support staff engagement initiatives and HR policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and organisational values.
  • Collaborate with TA and L&D on cross-functional deliverables.
