Job summary

BNY is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program in the Office of the COO in Dublin, Ireland. This 10-week internship gives students hands-on exposure to operational strategy, governance, and enterprise execution within a leading global financial services firm.

You will support day-to-day activities, conduct research on processes and metrics, track milestones, and help with documentation and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Support COO day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
• Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
• Support AI initiatives by researching use cases and documenting opportunities.
