BNY’s Client Service Practice delivers a high-quality, client-first experience across our businesses by supporting day-to-day service, issue resolution and ongoing client engagement. The 2027 Client Service Internship Program offers driven students hands‑on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement and relationship management. In a fast-paced environment, interns will gain insight into BNY’s client service model, collaborate across business, operations and technology teams, and build the communication, analytical and problem-solving skills needed to help deliver timely, accurate and effective client outcomes.

What You Will Do
