Qualifications

• Degree or higher in HR, business administration or related discipline.

• Must exercise independent judgement with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of the global People Strategy, ensuring high employee experience and organizational excellence.
• Partner with business leaders, Centres of Expertise and HR teams to implement people initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, development and retention strategies to foster a high-performing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including grievance resolutions and ensuring compliance with Irish legislation.
• Oversee performance management, organizational change and employee lifecycle initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Role Requirements

• A Degree or higher level in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience, considerable previous HR experience interacting with senior stakeholders, and managing complex employee relations and organizational change.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Exercise independent judgement with strong attention to detail.
