Job summary

Health Service Executive invites applications for a Staff Grade Speech & Language Therapist to support children with complex needs within St Michael’s House CDNTs in Dublin. The role offers full-time permanence and opportunities for growth in a multidisciplinary environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to evidence-based practice, family-centred care, and progression of disability services, while benefiting from structured governance and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fully registered or registration in progress with CORU.
• Bachelor or master level qualification in Speech & Language Therapy.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality evidence-based SLT service to children and families within CDNTs.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team across St Michael’s House to deliver family-centred services.
• Develop skills in high-tech AAC systems and FEDS-related approaches.
• Contribute to CPD and professional development within a paediatric FEDS team.
