Job summary

BWG Foods Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Payroll Executive to join a Permanent Full Time role, responsible for accurate processing of multiple weekly payrolls in a Payroll Shared Service centre. You will process payments and deductions in Employee Central, use SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, handle payroll queries, support retailers and onboarding data, and ensure Revenue compliance.

• ROI payroll experience required.
• Up-to-date with PAYE Modernisation and related compliance.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent numerical and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of payroll software systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Team player with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for multiple retailers within a Payroll Shared Service centre.
• Process payments and deductions weekly via Employee Central.
• Operate SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP for payroll processing.
• Handle payroll queries from retailers and support onboarding data.
• Ensure compliance with Revenue and payroll reporting requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyses; support month-end processes.
• Process joiners and leavers as required.
