Job summary

Three Ireland is seeking a Payroll Specialist to accurately and efficiently complete Payroll and Expenses tasks and provide administration for benefits and pensions within the Payroll & Expenses Department.

You will process monthly payrolls, manage Oracle Payroll data, ensure accuracy, assist with commissions and expenses, and support reporting and audits. A hybrid working model is offered with benefits including healthcare and parking.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
• Experience using Oracle Payroll would be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good team working and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
• IPASS Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process monthly payrolls in line with policy and deadlines.
• Process payroll-related data on the Oracle payroll system.
• Maintain high accuracy when entering and processing payroll data.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly commission payments and staff details.
• Provide payroll information and data for audits as required.
• Assist with monthly bi-weekly expense payments.
• Support administration of benefits, pension, and company cars.
• Contribute to monthly finance reporting and actual vs budget analysis.
• Respond to employee payroll, expenses and benefits queries by email/phone.
• Follow established processes and raise discrepancies as needed.
• Support the Payroll & Expenses team with ad-hoc tasks.
