Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in South Galway. The role is hybrid, combining onsite days with remote work, and covers end-to-end payroll cycles with strict accuracy and compliance with Irish Revenue guidelines.

You will manage ROS filings, PAYE/PRSI/USC/LPT, and BIK calculations while maintaining records, resolving queries, and supporting audits and reporting. IPASS certification and 2–4+ years of payroll experience are essential.

Qualifications

• IPASS certification required.
• 2-4+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience in Ireland.
• Solid understanding of Irish tax legislation and Revenue updates.
• Experience with ROS filings, PAYE, PRSI, USC, LPT and BIK calculations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End payroll processing within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with Irish tax legislation and ROS filings.
• Maintain payroll records, attendance inputs, and leave tracking.
• Resolve payroll, tax and deduction queries promptly.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Management to align payroll with policies.
