Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll from start to finish with accuracy.
• Maintain employee records, timesheets, and leave tracking.
• Prepare and submit ROS payroll returns.
• Resolve staff payroll queries confidentially.
• Support Accounts Payable with high-volume invoice processing.
• Perform bank, payroll, and GL reconciliations.
• Assist month-end close, year-end reporting, and audit prep.
• Ensure compliant filing for reporting and compliance.
