The role requires a professional payroll qualification (IPASS or CIPP), strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle end-to-end payroll processing in a fast-paced environment. Based in Dublin, with full-time hours.

• Professional payroll qualification (IPASS or CIPP certified).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for UK and ROI employees, end-to-end.
• Input, validate, and reconcile payroll data accurately.
• Handle manual calculations and payroll components (salaries, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments).
• Support the preparation of BACS files and payroll reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UK and ROI tax legislation, auto-enrolment, and statutory requirements.
• Administer employee benefits and pension contributions/deductions.
• Maintain employee records in payroll systems.
• Assist with audits, internal checks, and GDPR compliance.
