Deloitte Ireland LLP is seeking a Payroll Leader to guide a delivery team in providing seamless payroll services across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles for diverse clients. You will lead client engagements, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic, people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• IPASS or equivalent payroll qualification.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll across multiple cycles (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Management: training, performance management, and development of the payroll team.
• Payroll Operations Oversight: accurate and timely processing across cycles, compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Client Relationship Management: primary client contact, proactive support, on-site training as needed.
• Process Improvement and Financial Management: driving efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Technology and Compliance: supporting payroll software implementation, data security, and regulatory changes.
